    I had the privilege to meet Leah Lively because we both attended a conference called LIT, in which God moved and brought many of the attendees together online. I have been reading her blog regularly and have been impressed with the grace and steadfastness with which she walks through the great difficulty of her teenaged daughter’s chronic illness.     The Protection and Love of a Mama Cat

    Does God Give Us More Than We Can Handle?

    by Heather Bock Does God give us more than we can handle? I used to think the answer to this question was no. I had I Corinthians 10:13 in the back of my mind: “God is faithful. He will not allow the temptation to be more than you can stand. When you are tempted, he will show you a way out so that you can endure.” However, unless I’ve missed something, this verse does not say God will not allow us to undergo difficulties more than we can stand.
